Concerning the Democratic Primary for PSC D3

PSC D3 Candidate Peter Hubbard [June 10, 2025]: “Today, Fulton County Judge Glanville ruled that Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger was correct to disqualify Daniel Blackman as a Democratic candidate for Public Service Commission District 3 from the June 17th primary election. This is an ongoing legal concern, so I won’t comment further. I do wish that this residency issue could have been clarified before early voting began so that voters could choose Peter Hubbard, the most qualified candidate for Public Service Commission.

Peter Hubbard is the only candidate who—for six years now—has fought before the Commission in every Integrated Resource Plan for lower electricity bills by building more clean, reliable, low-cost renewable energy and other non-fossil fuel options in Georgia.”
